A short form for "Moderator who is a Nazi". Basically an expression for over-zealous moderators on internet message boards.

An anthropomorphic snow sculpture, i.e. a snowman, that has assumed human form. Tends to be plebeian in nature and unaware of its surroundings.
Matttt: Hey man, that snowman Carl sculpted is freaking me out. I could have sworn it moved last night when Lights' shitty song came on TV .

Jai: Nah man Modzy still plays WoW all day (and I heard he took time off work too to play at WotLK launch). This guy doesn't play WoW anymore.
Mathew: Oh you must mean Modzy 4. Sorry they are easy to mix up since are so similar to each other on a fundamental level
