A long and drawn out version of something simple.
We did one problem for four hours, when I had the answer at the beginning. It was a total mindfart.

I don't see why I need to anyways. I don't care what anyone thinks. It is a fact in my mind.

Verb - stemming from the root idea of a fart being "just air and nothing good coming out"

Commonly seen in TikTok comment sections in replies to lazy attempts at humor, overconfidentally incorrect statement, or an over-the-top comment or when someone completely misses the mark on something.
