Refers to the Patchogue-Medford School District, or Patchogue-Medford High School which is located in Medford, New York.

The Patchogue-Medford School District consists of seven elementary schools, three middle schools and one high school. The district serves the towns of Patchogue and Medford (as well as East Patchogue and North Patchogue). It is one of the largest school districts in Suffolk County, along with the Sachem School District.

Patchogue-Medford High School has around 3,000 students, grades 9-12. A lot of the teachers are actually graduates of Pat-Med. The school has a great music and drama department, the Robotics team has won many national awards, in 2002 the Varsity Football team won the Long Island Championships.

Notable Alumni of Pat-Med High include Kevin Connolly from the show "Entourage," Olympic athlete Anthony Famiglietti, medal of honor recipient Michael Murphy.
I am graduating from Pat-Med in June.

Sally broke her finger so she could get more pain killers because she is addicted to them. She is known as a Med Seeker.
