Meikreich 

TLDR; absolute schizo

Strictly female, someone who's a Meikreich is probably an avid sweet-talker, able to navigate her way out of any confrontation or disagreement. A Meikreich is someone who's unhinged, nothing to lose and has an infinite amount of proxies. Unusually skilled in navigating and constructing spyware. Anybody who's ever tried to Dox a Meikreich has been unsuccessful. Results have shown an absurd amount of different countries, all at the same time.
A Meikreich has so many online personas, she could be Serbian, she could be Irish, English, Russian, American, she could even be 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Nobody truly knows who she really is, because she hides behind an array of facades and elaborate backstories. One person you meet could tell you that a Meikreich is from Europe, another could say that she is from the Balkans.
This concept expands to political identities too. One person could say that Meikreich is a fascist, another could say that she's the face of LGBT rights. Neither can be confirmed.
One day the Meikreich will be ambushed by people asking who she is.
Then, the Meikreich will disappear. Setting up shop in a new place, with a different language, face, political identity and place of origin, but the name will remain the same. Thus, the cycle continues.

The Meikreich is an enigma. Never truly understood, never studied enough to understand.
One thing is certain, if you stumble across a Meikreich in your lifetime, you're in for one hell of a ride.

Person 1: "Hey, I made friends with this girl online! She's pretty cool!"
Person 2: "Cool? What's her username?"
Person 3: "Meikreich!"
Person 4: "You're in for a ride."

Media-Reich 

1. A lengthy period of publicity pursued by agents in popular culture long after the initial reason for their fame has long passed into insignificance. Such a period is charaterised not just by shamless acts of self-publicity but also of some bogus rationalisation made by by certain publications as to the 'meaning' of this enduring fame and its supposed cultural significance.

Examples- There are many, but a full blown Media-Reich as opposed to some desperate clinging on to fame applies to larger scale celebities who wield considerable power within popular culture and have many 'champions' in the media to keep the flame going, in the same way the Third Reich had in Germany in the 1930s, hence the term's emtymology.
Madonna is a prime example of this....
