Man Spree
When a male begins to sense the urge to engage in sexual activities for a period of time, because he's been on a roll lately, thus part taking on a spree. The male will then go on to have as many partners as desired until he feels comfortable with the outcome of his voyage.
Riley: "A Patrick, hows the sex life treating you?"
Patrick: "It's going swell bro, I'm on a man spree right now."
Riley: "Well aren't you lucky?"
Patrick: Yup, don't worry bro, we all get them, you'll have yours. You have to just let it happen, don't force it."
