Madatory 

A not-so-common misspelling of the word 'mandatory.' Usually by someone of a 3rd-grade education who has difficulty developing good communication skills.
My only predictions is that king kharl sends at least 5 emails to all the captains and requires 4 madatory meetings.... or else no more captain for you.
