A learning disability is a reduced intellectual ability and difficulty with everyday activities e.g. household tasks, socialising or managing money, which will affect someone for their whole life. People with a learning disability tend to take longer to learn and may need support to develop new skills, understand complicated information and interact with other people.
Learning disability is often confused with dyslexia and mental health problems. Mencap* describes dyslexia as a “learning difficulty” because, unlike learning disability, it does not affect intellect.

Usually the bottom rung of education and ranges from As Seen on TV correspondence classes to modern day degree mills like Walden University or the University of Phoenix. They are all happy to take your money with the full understanding that you will never actually get a worthwhile degree , diploma or certificate for your money.
I signed up for the Walden University distance learning PhD in Public Policy only to find out that no reputable government organization takes it seriously. What a waste of $4,500.

A woman who unknowingly spends a significant time in a bad relationship teaching her significant other to be a better partner and/or lover for their next girlfriend(s).
I spent five years with him, put up with all his bull#&$*, decorated his place, gave him a makeover, and taught him how to behave, only to have him appear like a prince for his new girlfriend Hannah. Guess I played the learning girl in that relationship.

A pc term for we fucked up our schools, and want to come out and fuck up yours. It lowers the quality of the good and average schools while not improving the quality of the horrible schools.
Now that we have a learning community, the resources that went to the good schools, are now wasted on the horrible schools.
