A term used in the online game Combat Arms to describe a person that is always looking for something to complain about. Usually based on stupid and no-sense arguments that involve bullshit and hypocrisy.

Player2: Omg overpowered noob
Player1: How am I being overpowered..?
Player2: Your gun makes too much damage!!
Player1: But you are using 3 turrets, 2 helicopters, a ship and 2 attached miniguns
Player2: It doesn't matter.!! Your character has got more speed, speed hoe!!
Player1: You have got more than me, actually..
Player2: B-BUT YOU ARE LAGGING!!!
Player1: Wow, you are such a lansboen
Player2: SHUT UP OVERPOWERED LAGGING SPEED HOE!
Player1: *sigh*
