KISSUES (pr. KISS-shoes) A combination of the words 'kissing' and 'issues' - 'KISSUES' refers to a third party, usually not present, who has kissed one or both of the first and second parties, but has issues, either with the kissing or just in general.
Person1 : What happened with that random guy the other night?
Person 2: Oh we made out, but he has kissues.
Person 1: Oh yeah?
