A fan pairing from the US TV show NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service). It pairs Jenny Sheppard (J) with Leroy Jethro Gibbs (ibbs) hence the pairing - Jibbs.

In 2006, his song "Chain Hang Low" was very popular, climbing into the top 10 of Billboard's Hot 100 chart before the album came out. His album "Jibbs Feat. Jibbs" won the next-to-blow award at the Ozone Awardscitation needed. On BET's 106 & Park, Jibbs stated how he does not use any profanity in his records. This is uncommon for most modern rappers but other artists such as Will Smith have also avoided profanity. He was only 16 when his CD was released and joined Chris Brown as one of the youngest Hip-Hop artists to gain great success from their debut album. He is also a fromer boxer. He also was in the Golden Gloves.

A rapper who can spit lyrics with his own style, not just the regular stuff about being a gangster and growing up badly in the "hood" selling drugs. Represents where he comes from, with the Chain Hanging Low, its what they do from where they come from.

A guy who needs to put little children in his songs who can probably rap better than him. He is liked by people with names like Scott Jenkins or Freddy the Unicorn who like pivot and who can't get their calculators to work, and say things like "MISS can I have a RULER pleaseeeee?" In a really put-on low voice.
