Jovan Campbell (born November 1, 1990 in St. Louis, Missouri1), better known as Jibbs, is a rapper.Campbell was only 9 when he started rapping locally. In 2006, his song "Chain Hang Low" was very popular, climbing into the top 10 of Billboard's Hot 100 chart before the album came out. His album "Jibbs Feat. Jibbs" won the next-to-blow award at the Ozone Awardscitation needed. On BET's 106 & Park, Jibbs stated how he does not use any profanity in his records. This is uncommon for most modern rappers but other artists such as Will Smith have also avoided profanity. He was only 16 when his CD was released and joined Chris Brown as one of the youngest Hip-Hop artists to gain great success from their debut album. He is also a fromer boxer. He also was in the Golden Gloves.

Ashanti was born on October 13, 1980, in Glen Cove, New York. She inherited a zest for music from her mother Tina, a former dance teacher, and her father Ken-Kaide, a former singer. Her father is half Chinese American and half African American. Her mother is Dominican and African American. Her grandfather, James, was a civil rights activist who associated with Martin Luther King, Jr. during the 1960s. Growing up, Ashanti took dance lessons and joined the church choir. Ashanti went to Bernice Johnson Cultural Arts Center where she studied different dance styles including tap, jazz, ballet, African, modern and hip hop. She danced with the Senior Pro Ensemble at Carnegie Hall, the Apollo Theater, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Avery Fisher Hall, and the Black Spectrum Theater. With actress and choreographer Debbie Allen at the helm, Ashanti also performed in the Disney TV film Polly alongside stars Keshia Knight Pulliam and Phylicia Rashad, the 1994 Caribbean Awards and dancing with Judith Jamison of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company.

Ashanti displayed a knack for singing when she was six by singing in a gospel choir. Her love of music continued to rise as she attended high school. Ashanti also wrote songs. As a teenager, she performed in a local talent show and at the Soul Cafe, China Club, Madison Square Garden, Caroline's Comedy Club and Greek Fest 2000.4 By the time she hit puberty, her mom was sending out demo tapes of her daughter's vocal talents, which led to a record deal with Jive Records in 1994. Unfortunately, this relationship soured when Jive tried to make the soulful singing teen into a run-of-the-mill pop star.

Ashanti regrouped by throwing herself into schoolwork and running on her school's track team, which earned her athletic scholarships to Princeton & Hampton University. But she put college pursuits aside when Epic Records came calling with a contract in 1998. However, the label's management changes quickly left Ashanti out in the cold. Undaunted, she continued to croon at local New York clubs and began hanging out at the Murder Inc. recording studio, hoping for another big break to be signed. Eventutally got signed.

Eamon Doyle (September 19, 1984), professionally known as Eamon, is an American pop and R&B singer and songwriter. He is best known for his hit single, "Fuck It (I Don't Want You Back)". Eamon was born in Staten Island, New York. His father was a member of a doo wop group. He began singing at the age of nine, and at the age of fifteen he caught the attention of songwriter/producer Milk Dee who had worked with musicians such as MC Lyte, Janet Jackson, and Mary J. Blige. Dee and his co-producer Mark Passy helped refine Eamon's sound. Eamon was eventually signed to Jive Records. Eamon's debut single, "Fuck It (I Don't Want You Back)" immediately caught the attention of urban, rhythmic, and pop radio stations when it was released in the U.S. in late 2003 due to its stripped down production and un-edited profanities about an ex-lover who was two-timing the singer. Jive fast tracked the release of a music video for the song and commissioned an album for release in early 2004. The single reached the top 20 of the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and the popularity of the song helped his album, I Don't Want You Back, debut in the top 10 of the U.S. Billboard 200. The success of the song prompted Jive to release the song internationally where it reached number-one in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands and Sweden. In Italy his single was such a big hit that he sang an Italian version, called "Solo".

The success of the single and the controversial nature of its lyrics prompted production of an answer single, "F.U.R.B. (Fuck You Right Back)", by unknown female singer Frankee who had claimed to be Eamon's ex-girlfriend (which Eamon denied).1 The song also earned Eamon a Guinness World Record for "the most expletives in a #1 song".

After the success of "Fuck It", Eamon released a second single, "I Love Them Ho's (Ho-Wop)". However it did not perform well on the charts.

His new album is entitled Love & Pain and has received warm reviews in the U.S. and abroad with the release of his new single entitled "How Could You (Bring Him Home)" in November 2006. Leave him alone, H8ERS!
Eamon sings da truth.
