When a person is falling asleep while sitting or standing and their head begins to lean to one side then suddenly snaps back to position as if their neck were made of Jello.

I was so tired in math class today that I kept getting jello neck.

When you get so drunk, wasted, turnt, hammered, any term that means you’re so fucked up, your neck can’t hold your head; leaving it bob around in every direction.

Jellyneck 

A derogatory term for drug-users at dance clubs. Most commonly employed when describing Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (Ecstasy) users. The term itself comes from the fluid head movements done by those described; appearing as though their neck is made of jelly.

"Yes, Jason and I used to hit the clubs all the time, but we have not since he became a jellyneck."
