Japhies 

A member of the beat counterculture, or one who lives a beat lifestyle. Similar to a hippie. The term comes from Jack Kerouac's book "The Dharma Bums." (Japhy is the name of a character, modeled after Kerouac’s friend Gary Snyder.)

He's not a politician although he does represent investors. He's the type of guy who gets shit done. A real go-getter, a smooth operating elusive gentlemen.
