Aerobic exercise that is meant to look sexy. Aerobic exercise that is meant to make the person look sexier. Usually both at the same time. Alternatively, a slam, if pertaining to a person in too much makeup and a thong at the gym.

1. Forget this bodybuilder training, I wanna look like a Pussycat Doll. What I need are some good ho-robics. Or, Lookit those hotties in there. Doin' their ho-robics.
2. Gahh, look at that skank in Maybelline and a thong. She's turnin' this step class into ho-robics.

Exercise that's overtly sexual looking, to try and attract others at the gym. May involve skimpy gymwear and too much makeup. Alternately can mean exercise designed to teach sexy moves on purpose. Said in an insulting or affectionate way.

Look at her in the gym bumpin her hips - is she kidding? Looks like ho-robics.
