combination of "hell yeah" and just "sure."

to be used when you lost a lot of enthusiasm in the middle of affirming something.

bob: hey, look at that attractive female. baby got back; i'd totally do her.

bill: meh. she's notch-worthy, but not really my style.

bob: what are you talking about "style"? they're all pink on the inside. am i right?

bill: hell ..... hell sure. wait what? no.

What the hell, sure

A sentence spoken when someone says an idea so unnatural and weird, but that is also the greatest (or the most fun) idea you've ever heard, so you feel natural need to agree with it

Example 1 (Crazy Minecraft Farm Idea):
A: Yo man, what if we make a chamber where we put in eggs into dispenser, make it dispense egg from time to time, and make it so that there would lava above it, and when the baby chick grows up, it dies in lava and then drops cooked chicken into lava?! Its basically infinite chicken!
B: What the hell, sure

Example 2 (2 Drunk people):
A: Hey man, what if, we try to do a backflip at the same time, while standing on a bottle of vodka?
B: What the hell, sure
