A handlejobbler is someone who handles jobs when there is no one else to handle them, and is not very cool because of it.

B: Dude! Chick-Fil-A is closed again! I hate that they aren't open on wednesday.
C: There's a KFC open down the road man! Relax!
B: Nah man, KFC's such a handlejobbler. I'd rather get chinese.
