An expression used to convey feelings not able to be expressed with other vocabulary. One could interpret the meaning as bordom, anger, malcumtent, or sexual frustration.

Jenny: "Graah!! Where is my hair brush!"

Kelly: "Graah! My boyfriend needs to get his ass over here now, or I'm turning on the porn!"
