Gitch Itch

Severely itchy nuts that are relieved with the removal of the offending gitch. More common on a hot day but can be caused by improper hygiene, cheap underwear or even a new laundry detergent.

If you still have gitch itch after taking the gitch off you might want to see a doctor.
