A photo that has been either:

a) edited in a backwards program like MS Paint
or
b) edited to clumsily add text like 'Bling' 'gangsta' 'xscenex' or crude effects
or
c) edited in a roundabout or rough way by someone unfamiliar with Photoshop tools.

Most pictures on myspace are ghettoshopped.

to manipulate photos and other images using software such as MS Paint, Word, or any other non photoshop application, to do what could be done simply and professionally in Photoshop.

I ghettoshopped our facebook pics using Alpha Mask in Keynote.

Ghettoshopping 

The use of sub-par picture editing tools like Powerpoint or MS Paint to "shop" an image when Photoshop is too expensive and one is too lazy to learn how to use GIMP.
