Ghetto GOAT or Ghetto G.O.A.T - is the status earned if you are someone (usually a parent) who has a job but still lives in bad conditions, (high crime, high drug usage, high homeless problems, bad influences,) who has a don't fuck with me attitude when it comes to their family! They are street smart and tough and if has to be -"violent," to "defend" and ward off the outside influence to the younger generation they are raising! They handle their business and take care of their family, with normal jobs, and teach the kids the right morals day in day out. "fearless"of "anyone"who tries to teach the kid the wrong way. And is also ready to fight, kill or die for the "right" thing. To not coward in the face of adversity. The word "goat" is used as a "sports term" (greatest of all time) -the "family" of the man/woman is the persons team! Its literally all they work for, teach for, struggle for, so the kids can have a better life. An achiever even in the ghetto! against the urban city bullshit and showing that you can still bring up tough,strong, youth. For the most part, these legends have respect. Because they were able to keep their shit in line, dont get kids taken by CPS, and is lawyal to their FAMILY 100 percent. Alot of "stepped up" parents who take care of CPS kids are ghetto GOATS!They proved to be able to take care of the their kids or family by doing the right thing regardless of the outside influences.

ghetto garbage 

The urban counterpart to trailer trash. A nonracist description of the the speech, dress, mannerisms, and/or behavior of the low-class urban poor, regardless of race or ethnicity.

A typical piece of ghetto garbage can be identified as such: males wear pants or shorts three or four sizes too big, hanging halfway down their behinds, with their underwear showing; females are often seen with shirts small enough for their little kid sisters to fit into. Both sexes speak as if they were illiterate wannabe rappers, curse practically every other word, and are often loud enough to wake the dead! These people show no class whatsoever.

They try put on a "tough" act, trying to intimidate civilized human beings, but in fact it's all a cover to overcompensate for their intellectual inadequacy. Ghetto garbage show no respect for their elders or legitimate authority figures, but they will brownnose sociopaths and other violent criminal types.
Ghetto garbage inhabit not only the inner cities, but also are on the rise in suburban and even rural areas.

Very similar to the crack monkey, it's the creature that rummages thru cars, garages, trash cans, whatever they can find to get money or merchandise for drugs. They are most often found in neighborhoods and parking lots, and are usually up to no good.

Ghetto Garbage 

A group of people who lack any decent characteristics. They are known for being Loud, in-your-face, and downright obnoxious people. they fad with cloths that are 'trendy' (Men wearing hoodies, baggy pants, and/or too much jewelry; females who wear almost too little) and usually have no respect for authority or elder figures. Feels violence solves everything and talk with butchered English (Or ebonics), curse often, and drink, smoke, or do some sort of substances that will kill them early. They are the bottom of the barrel scumbags of the city and are slowly spreading into urban area's. This is trash that fouls up neighborhoods.
