A gal clown (girl clown) is guy who is willing to make them self look like a complete and utter jack ass in order to impress a girl who probably has no interest in them to begin with. They usually travel in packs and abuse the words such as swag, dope and fresh in an effort to seem cool and appealing but in reality they just look stupid.
Boy: Yo babe, you know I talk to a lot of girls but you're the only one for me.
Girl: Hush, you're a gal clown.
Girl: Hush, you're a gal clown.
