The act of a male, exercising in front of others, especially females, and flexing while exercising. Putting too much weight on the bar, etc. Showing off.
Janet: Martha, that guy last night started to flexercise in front of me. That was the only reason I called you to come pick me up.

When someone preforms a physical often outdoorsy activity, but not for self-betterment but only to either A) use as a tinder picture, or B) flex on their followers of any other social media platform. In other words they only reason they went on that hike was to get a picture of themselves, not because they enjoy hiking.
Wow, I can't believe Johnny went on another hike, I thought he didn't like hiking.
He doesn't like hiking, he's just flexercising because he thinks it will help him get girls.
