FlashForward is an American science-fiction television series airing on ABC. It is based on the 1999 novel Flashforward by Canadian science fiction writer Robert J. Sawyer. It began airing on September 24, 2009.

Flashpoint 

1a. a place, event, or time at which trouble, such as violence or anger, flares up.

1b. a personal life reset or paradigm shift caused in ones' life because of such a place, event, or time.

1c. a deliberately triggered reset in a timeline.

2. the temperature at which a particular organic compound gives off sufficient vapor to ignite in air.

The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand was the flashpoint for the First World War.

Bruce Jenner's transition into Caitlyn Jenner was a flashpoint for his/her life.

Barry Allen, from the Justice League, decided to trigger another Flashpoint to change the pyrrhic victory following the events of the Apokolips War.

Flashionably Late 

1.) When a girl shows up (to a party or other) later than "fashionably" late, but she is looking EXTRA good and flashy. i.e. barely wearing any clothes.

Rod: "Hey... Jen finally made it to the party!... DAMN look at what she's wearing!"

Dave: "Yeah.. she made it alright... Flashionably Late and lookin' MIGHTY fine!"
