A movement of the hand(s) either one at a time or simultaneously, to music, usually timed with an underlying beat or bass. The hand begins as a fist, then all fingers are extended showing an open palm (note: this action is performed quickly appearing as though one is acting out flashes of light with their hands).

"Flair" is a general term used to describe round buttons of various sizes pinned to one's shirts and used to express one's self. Popularized by the 1999 film "Office Space," where a restaurant "Chotchkie's" required employees to wear "at least" 15 pieces of flair.
