People who cut because something is wrong or something has happened to them and they don't know how else to handle how they feel. Many of them have been abused, sexually, physically, or mentally. Some do it because they feel numb and want to feel the pain or just feel something. Others do it to punish themselves for something that they've done. The cuts range from little scratches that barely bleed to life threatening cuts or burns. Overall, its a way for someone who doesn't know what to do to express themselves.

I am an emo cutter because I feel neglected, was molested when I was very young, and when I eat (anorexia).

Emo cutters usually need to or should talk to someone about it.

People cut themselves, this is a fact. There is, however, a line. People actual problems, they do it for real. It's not so other people with stare or think they're cool, it's because this is their way of doing things.
There are also emo cutters. Kids that "cut themselves" with bits of plastic or a butter knife. These little bastards wouldn't dare touch a razor blade because they actually cut. Kids (they are kids) that "cut" for attention, for respect or because some gay emo song made them cry.
Look out for emo cuts. They're tiny red lines or raised bits of red skin. Give the fuckers some real cuts to cry about.

Emo Kid #1: "OMG, im lyk so depressed. im gona scratch my arm with a safety pin"

Emo Kid #2: "aw, emo buddy, lets be emo cutters 2geva!"

2 N. A derrogatory term used to describe someone who becomes frequently depressed and needs to go cut themself and actually devotes time out of their day to thinking about ways to cut themself.

3 N. Someone adicted to cutting themself.
