Poor Man's Dynamometer 

A phrase describing the act of placing only the drive wheels of a vehicle on a frozen body of water (lake, pond, etc) and depressing the accelerator to determine the vehicle's maximum possible speed.

I wanted to max out my car, so i took it to the Poor Man's Dynamometer.

The lake down town is turning into a perfect Poor Man's Dynamometer.

Dramometer

A fictitious device used to gauge the drama and/or stress associated with a particular person or situation.

"Wow, did you see the look of disgust on Walter's face after that staff meeting? Not only is the shit going to hit the fan, but the dramometer in this office is about to set an all-time record high!"

datamometer

A datamometer is a tool used to evaluate data quality and collect gross data metrics. Datamometers can be used to "feel" and "smell" directional information prior to the completion of report writing, or in lieu of actual reporting.
