A digital form of blousing in which an individual searches for a good view down a womans blouse or shirt and snaps a digital picture most often using the camera in their cell phone.

I was down blousing at the mall last night and got some great shots of some girl bending over picking up her bags.

The using of a mobile camera to take photos down one's blouse, shirt,or dress. This is usually done without the persons knowledge or consent.

Whilst riding up an escalator i did some down-blousing.
