Be careful a diva bitch is almost always associated with an actual bitch. this is not the case. the diva bitch is a rare girl with lots of "me me me me" complex. the diva bitch is some what good looking girl or thinks she is. overall, beware the diva bitch.

A homosexual male who thinks he rules the world and everyone is his property. Espescially someone in a theatre program who walks with their wrists at their sides and oftentimes turns their noses up at people. They treat every place they walk like a runway and have that horrible queer lisp.

A conceited / difficult individual who thinks so highly of themselves and or perceived talent that a negative connotation of being a "Bitch Diva" is applied. Especially when describing a dude who exhibits such behavior, to which the term "Bitch Diva Complex" would be appropriated.
