Phase to tell someone (usually a female) to end worthless conversation with someone.

Usually said in a voice dripping with sarcasm and accompanied by a "talk to the hand" gesture.

Hoe: (Says something stupid)
Bro: Hoe, U is stupid as hell. Hoe Dismissed!
