A word used to mock people who is the made-up word "irregardless" in a futile attempt to sound intelligent. Adding the prefix "dis-" cancels out the prefix "ir-," thus rendering the definition equivalent to that of "regardless" and eliminating the double negative created by people who lack a basic grasp of the English language.
Disirregardless of what you might think, irregardless is not a word.
