Tour de Twat
A woefully incompetent species of cyclist, only seen on the roads during and in the weeks immediately following the Tour de France. Easily identifiable by his Team Sky shirt and shiny new bike; the Tour de Twat is empirical evidence that the old saying "it's just like riding a bike" is either incorrect or misapplied.
I saw a Tour de Twat on the way to work the other morning, sheltering under a tree from the rain so his bike didn't get wet: the fucking pansy.

Their amazing sense of humor makes the shine like a light bulb in any room or situation. There is an old saying that goes “You either know a DeTwan or you better find you one”. Though their name is often mispronounced, their presence is unforgettable.
