Delignorant di-l-ig-ner-uhnt - deliberately lazy

and Ignorant, so that others must to the work or task that

you were assigned or asked to do.

Either too stupid to understand what they are doing wrong, or lazy and manipulative to get others to do their job.

That department is delignorant in their duties to complete the job. Our team will need to pick up their slack.
