They pretend to be friendly sometimes. Spending hours on the phone talking repeatedly about their bedbug problems and politics, and pretend to know nothing about the new program, while deviously working to take work from their colleagues. They are not very brilliant nor attractive, just sneaky and mean, which their colleagues don't expect are thus unprepared for.

Tweedle dee and tweedle dum are fundamentally little more than self-serving two faced sleazes.
