Cognitive Darwinism

The conscious decision to choose the less favorable of two choices resulting in greater probability of a bad outcome.
Refusing to vaccinate to protect yourself is cognitive Darwinism at its finest.

Cerebral Darwinism

Cerebral darwinism is the theory that the fittest brain cells survive through the process of neurological natural selection.
After all the drugs and alcohol he did in high school and college his friends were amazed that he was still a very intelligent, articulate person but he explained that this was a result of cerebral darwinism and that the brain cells that had survived the various assaults of drugs and alcohol and various head injuries incurred in drunk and drugged out stupors, were the fittest brain cells and were actually super brain cells. Those that didn't make it were eliminated by the process of neurological natural selection.

Anarcho-Darwinism

A political philosophy where everyone does whatever they want. There are laws. But, whoever wants to do evil things will naturally get beat up by the rest of society. Rapists obviously will get killed by other males given a lawless society. Little by little evil people and evil actions will get conditioned out of the human race, thus leaving only good people.
Anarcho-Darwinism is better than being a Democrat, Republican, Anarcho-Communist, and Anarcho-Capitalist.

Social Darwinism

The concept of 'survival of the fittest' as applied to human societies.

In essence it is the belief that it is harmful to society to help those who are physically, intellectually, or economically disadvantaged. The belief that those members of society should be allowed to die off in order to strengthen the gene pool.
The Nazis believed that those races that they determined to be inferior should be systematically eradicated in order to prevent the dilution and weakening of the Aryan race, which they deemed superior. This may be the largest application of the concept of 'social Darwinism.'

Economic Darwinism

Free Market Capitalism, a form of Social Darwinism predicated on the ability to obtain capital, wherein companies and corporations compete in a Darwinian market that favors whatever is best for business.
In theory Capitalism (Economic Darwinism) is supposed to be regulated by the consumer, but most consumers are lazy and apathetic and the majority of them are probably idiots, as evidenced by the survival of Electronic Arts and the success of the Twilight Saga.
First used by Thomas Henry Huxley in a review of Charles Darwin's The Origin of Species in the April 1860 issue of Westminster Review, it has since become a term used by creationists to poison the well when discussing (attempting to discredit) the theory of evolution. By adding the -ism, they imply a system of beliefs or an ideology, hypocritically equating Darwinism to any other crackpot idea.

Calling someone a "Darwinist" or "evolutionist" is about as ridiculous as calling someone who accepts the fact of gravity a "gravitationalist," or someone who believes the earth is spherical a "sphericist."

Darwinism is wrongly thought by many fundamentalists to be the "religion" of atheists. It's true that most atheists accept Darwin's theory, but that fact is irrelevant to their nonbelief in a deity. They simply see no reason to reject something that's obviously true (i.e., it doesn't contradict some other belief that they refuse to give up).
Darwinism isn't a belief system or an ideology. A person who accepts Darwin's theory (after 150+ years and mountains of evidence in its favor) is merely non-delusional.
