Crescendolling 

The practice of driving around listening to dance music and then exiting the car at convenient times to begin dancing, usually with the intent of encouraging strangers to join in. Typically, participants wait until they reach a red light or enter a parking lot before exiting the car to dance so as ensure their safety.
