a phrase used as a term of approval, in place of words like "okay" or "aight".

"You're picking me up at 8? cool well."
"cool well, I'll see you at the concert."

Well Cool

British Slang for "Cool", generally to emphasise the "cool"-ness of something. Used seriously, mostly by "Chavs", and ironically.

John: Yo mate, check out my new ride.
Jack: Woah mate, that's well cool.
