An endless and eternal pit devoid of all pleasure and goodness; the nerve center of all imaginable horrors; a putrid, oozing curse upon the world; that which makes us envy the dead; a gigantic, hulking nightmare factory; the ghost of lost freedom that forever haunts your soul; the mindkiller; a smoothie of broken glass, maggots, and metal filings; a mountain of reeking shit.

High Contrast is also the name of a really good drum and bass producer and dj.

contrast shower

The act of taking a shower with interchanging water temperature; going from very hot to very cold, rapidly. This can be repeated numerous times.

Typically done from hot to cold in attempts to wake up or "refresh" ones self, the action can also be reversed (cold to hot) prior to bed.

"Wanna get dinner?"

"Sure.. gimme ten minutes.. I just got back from the gym, gonna contrast shower real quick."

Contrast Theory 

The Contrast Theory is when an attractive person or semi attractive person stands next to an ugly person or ugly people. Therefore they create a contrast which in response makes them seem more attractive.

When I first saw her with all her friends she was a ten! But now all by herself she seems like more of a 6. Talk about Contrast theory.
