The utmost pinnacle of disgrace. Someone who’s from the hellhole known an “CoT”. They’re treacherous individuals who make themselves their own enemies and create problems for others simply for their own muse. If you encounter a CoTian, I advise you leave the area as fast as possible and lock your doors and windows when you get home. They’re merciless, rabid, and they’re all overdue on their medical vaccinations. It would be rare to find a CoTian who hasn’t committed a heinous sin.
