An alcoholic drink similar to a mimosa, with the addition of a shot of 90-proof peach schnaps. The full recipe is three parts champagne, two parts orange juice, and one part peach schnaps. The name of the drink is derived from the slang term for a rooster, as this drink is a celebrated creation from Suite 115 of the Ski Inn at Steamboat, CO (i.e. The Cock House).
After a long day of skiing and going to concerts, everyone was very tired and hung over the next morning. Fortunately for us, Sean accidently left his wallet when he drove back to Denver so we went to the liquor store and bought ingredients for cockosas. They were bad ass!
