"clippety-clop",sometimes shortened simply to "clop",is occasionally used as a slang term for ketamine. This is due to the common perception of ketamine being a horse tranquillizer, and clippety-clop being a onomatopoeic word for the sound of a horses hooves.

Clop Chops, Meaning someone who take's great enjoyment from having a woman sat on their face while performing oral sex.
