When a someone is like cisgender, but not really. Having the qualities of cisgender and yet at the same time not being cisgender
As a transsexual, the best Pat could do was to become pseudo-cisgender no matter how well Pat was passing as cisgender.

A scientific term that means you identify as the sex you were given at birth. If you were born a female and you identify as female, then you are cisgender female. Same with male. IT IS NOT A SLUR.

My neighbor is a black republican. He is against slavery, but for debt slavery. He believes in pro life ideas, yet uses condoms. He is a well intentioned, pro war conservative that only wants to help. He wants Trump to build a wall and ban Muslim immigration, yet considers himself a friend of the Mexicans and Muslims. He just doesn't make sense. I think he's a cisgender fag.
