rednecks are known for spilling beer one thier CB radios in order to modify them to get better range....even though it just makes them look like morons (rednecks have always been stupid, though they posses a set of values that was gone from rest of American society about 30 years ago...)

A CB is a short form for Crystal Ball. It is used in a game to look into the business of other players. There is a way to interpret the CB by obtaining the angel formatter a tool from utopia tempel.
The cb can also be pasted in a site and then it is there interpretted.
It is a very handy tool to see if your province can attack another.
