cannabist 

One who has an affinity for all things relating to cannabis. Can be a synonym for a cannabis connoisseur. A cannabist is essentially more than a marijuana smoker, he or she is a marijuana enthusiast. A cannabist can often be spotted with his nose in a baggie of bud for long periods of time, or examining a nugget or brick of hash up close with a magnifying class as if it was a piece of jewelry. Most cannabists are familiar with most aspects of cannabis culture-- breeding, growing, smoking, rolling, smoking device construction, etc. Some may contend a cannabist is nothing more than a marijuana geek.

One who is experienced with and knows a good deal about cannabis. Similar to a barista for coffee or a capoeirista for capoeira.

Dang, Todd has been smoking weed for a long time. Like, he knows a LOT about it.

Yeah he's definitely a true cannabista.

Cannibonist 

A person who deals in cannabis and cannabis related wares, such as pipes, rolling papers, ash-trays; even books, and home decor items related to cannibis.

Just the other day, I bought an O-Z of smoke, a sweet water bong, a Bob Marley ash-tray, a coffee table book, and a beautiful shower curtain with leaves all over it from my awesome Cannibonist.

A cannabis professional usually employed in an outlet or dispensary. Cannabistas prepare and serve cannabis and cannabis-related products in all forms.

Amber is a cannabista in one of those new weed stores in Denver. I'm also high right now.
