A butt felony is a grievous offense committed to or on a butt. This corresponds to offenses committed by humans or by nature itself.

Person 1: "Oh my God, one of that girl's cheeks is WAY bigger than the other one!"
Person 2 (reply): "I know, man, what a butt felony!"

Person 1: "Hey man, nice game!" *slaps person 2's ass*
Person 2: "Hey, that was NOT a butt felony"

Person 1: "Hey man, nice shirt" *slaps person 2's ass*
Person 2: "Hey, that WAS a butt felony"
