A person new to a social group, bringing along another unknown individual of lesser status than themselves, for the soul purpose of deflecting social hazing on the lesser individual.
I was going to a party where i didn't know anyone, so i brought my buffer bitch as a precaution.

Anti-bitch Buffer 

An amount of money paid to you which prevents you from bitching as you'd be thinking about not having it every time you got an itch to bitch. It could be being paid lots of money to do a sucky job.

Applies to any working environment
Tom: "I just can't BELIEVE THIS ISH!"
Ato: "What's the matter Now Tom?"
Tom: "Dude, I don't get paid enough to do this crap."
Ato: "Well, I told you Months ago to get yourself a job that pays that extra anti-bitch buffer i'nit?"
Tom: "*sigh*"

buffer seat bitch 

One who is of bitch nature as they attempt to invade another's buffer seat. This person is usually of jackass nature as well or known to be full of shit.
Guy 1: Hey did you see that jackass who sat next to me in seminar? Who the fuck does that?
Guy 2: Yeah that guy was a complete buffer seat bitch.

Cigarette: Northern slang for a cigarette, used oft by mashed up mancunian ravers becasue of the resemblance of a hot(electric)stove to the end of a lit cigarette. Originated circa 1991 in the early halcyon days of the rave culture; we speculate during a drug fuelled hallucination by said manc.
