buckrigger

Someone who doesn't like to eat the skin, fat, legs, tail, face, stomach, heart, or lungs of a deer, but likes to eat the butt, eyes, intestines, guts, kidneys, and other.

That buckrigger seems to really like stuffing his face in the poor deer's butt while he is restraining it.

Some buckrigger left a bunch of dead deer on my lawn with all a bunch of bitten disgusting parts on my porch.
