Brocking Out

Brocking out is a term that describes one as being in total dissociated mong state. Usually whilst holding an object that requires fine motorskills to hold. Such as a bong or ones dignity

Guy 1: hey guy, why did you leave the party?
Guy 2: because old mate was brocking out whilst holding the bong and I had to keep yelling at him to smoke it or pass it whilst he was having a mini stroke.
