The combination of a large fire built in the open air, for warmth, entertainment, or celebration and a hot tub or similar warm-water hydromassage facility, usually for more than one person. Implies entertainment. 2. The act of having excessive amounts of fun. Origin: 2005; late march, Bonfire Jacuzzi party i.e., a contained fire with separate, but heated, water nearby for entertainment purposes. Later shortened to the conversational, ‘Boncuzzi.’ I will be heading over to the boncuzzi Saturday night after everything to eat some food, relax, and socialize in the jacuzzi near the bonfire.
