when one dines with friends but does not purchase a meal, yet, instead, eats whats left over from there plates. when you go to a diner after a night of drinkin but your to poor to pay for a meal, so you wait til everyone else orders. when there finished eating what they can you "Baltimore it" by finishing up what they couldn't. something i learned to do in baltimore. hense the name "baltimoring".
