aidspantsy simply means gross gay guys who will fuck other gay guys left and right. they are pretty sketchy, skeevy, and dirty, and they love spreading the HIV like its their job.

it can sometimes be used to just judge gross, slutty gay guys. they may not actually be HIV-spreaders, but you know they are probably just terrible fashion gays who can't keep it in their pants...
